Lando Norris opens the door to a much more private side of his life. Now it is clear that the Formula 1 world champion is up for grabs in a new venture that will show what fans previously have not been able to see.
Lando Norris is getting his own documentary series on Prime Video.
The reigning Formula 1 world champion has already been followed by cameras for quite some time. The result will be a three-part series that goes under the working name “Lando” and will premiere in 2027.
Viewers are promised an insight into parts of Norris’ life that were previously much more private.
Lando Norris shows life outside Formula 1
The cameras don’t just follow Norris during his work as a Formula 1 driver. A big focus is on what happens when the helmet comes off and he leaves the racetrack.
During the summer, the production has followed Norris on holiday with his friends and during more private moments with his family.
The series will also depict the contrast between that life and everyday life as one of the world’s most acclaimed athletes.
Norris himself says that he was involved in the project during filming.
“I already share a lot of what I do, but this will give people more access than ever before to my life outside of racing,” Norris said in a statement, according to Variety.
The 26-year-old hopes that viewers will see a different side of him than the one normally seen during Formula 1 weekends.
“Hopefully, people will appreciate seeing more of what goes on behind the scenes. I look forward to people seeing it next year.

From karting to the top of Formula 1
The documentary series also looks back at Lando Norris’ path to Formula 1.
Norris started karting as a child and had motorcycle legend Valentino Rossi as one of his great role models. He then quickly made his way through the junior classes of racing before reaching Formula 1 with McLaren.
Today, Norris has made it all the way to the top as the reigning Formula 1 world champion.
One of the questions the series will try to answer is what life really looks like when you are already at the top of your sport at the age of 26.
Viewers therefore get to follow both the success on the racetrack and the quieter moments far from the Formula 1 circus.
